The owner is a self-employed professional registered in Spain and serves clients in the United States, the United Kingdom and elsewhere. There is no incorporated entity behind this service, which is why the individual’s details are given above rather than a company’s.
2. What the service is, and what it costs
This website describes a service: building and maintaining a website with a booking and tuition engine for schools that teach children — martial arts, dance, music, gymnastics, swimming and acting. It is not the school's website itself and it takes no bookings.
The prices published here — a one-time setup fee of $250 and a subscription of $25 a month, or $300 a year — are indicative and are not a binding offer. The subscription does not vary with the number of students, classes or instructors. The specific terms of each engagement (scope, timescales, rounds of changes and payment terms) are agreed in writing with each client before work begins. Prices are in US dollars and are what the client is invoiced; no sales tax or VAT is added. Clients that are businesses in the United Kingdom account for VAT under the reverse charge in their own return.
3. Terms of use
Access to this website is free and open. Anyone using it agrees to do so lawfully and not to use it for unlawful purposes or to interfere with its operation.
The owner may change the content of this website at any time, and may suspend or withdraw access without prior notice.
4. Intellectual property
The text, design, code and other elements of this website belong to its owner unless stated otherwise. Reproducing, distributing or altering them without express permission is not allowed.
The content of our clients' websites belongs to the clients. Photographs, text and trademarks of each property belong to their owner, and we acquire no rights over them by hosting or maintaining them.
Where we prepare a demonstration based on a public listing, its images and text are used solely to show the owner how their own website would look. That demonstration is not indexed by search engines, has an expiration date, and is deleted immediately on request by its owner, with no justification required.
5. Liability
The owner makes reasonable efforts to keep this website available and its information current, but does not guarantee that it is free of errors or uninterrupted.
Information about running a school on this website — liability waivers, the handling of children's data, sales tax on tuition, background checks for instructors — is general in nature and is not legal or tax advice. Every school should confirm its obligations with its own attorney or CPA, as they vary by state and change frequently. We do not provide compliance, reporting, recital ticketing, competition registration or instructor payroll; the service is enrollment, scheduling and payment, and the data exports so the school can meet those obligations itself.
In the relationship between a school and the families it teaches, the owner of this website is not a party to the transaction: it plays no part in the enrollment, receives none of the tuition paid by parents, and is not liable for obligations arising from the agreement between the school and the family.

8. Governing law
This relationship is governed by the law of Spain, where the service provider is established, and the courts of Valencia have jurisdiction over any dispute — except where a mandatory consumer-protection rule in the client’s own country provides otherwise. Nothing here limits rights a client has under the law of their own state or country that cannot be waived by agreement.
